Jeff brings extensive development, real estate and home building expertise to his role as Owner and CEO of LeGran Homes. For over 18 years, Jeff represented LeGran Homes as a selected agent and understands both the company and their customers. This in-depth customer knowledge allows Jeff to bring a strong customer-centered focus and attitude to the Company.

As a developer, Jeff helped vision and create many prestigious residential developments through the Twin Cities area including Brockton Meadows in Rogers, Fox Meadows in Delano, Hidden Creek in Chanhassen, Marsh Point in Independence and Covey Run in Medina. These developments reflected the surroundings, communities and amenities required of the home-building client.

As a realtor (including with his own firm, Hecker Holmers Real Estate), Jeff served the housing needs of individuals and families in the Northwest area for over 20 years. Highly regarded by peers in the real estate industry as an innovative leader, Jeff's reputation for honesty and integrity, coupled with an unparalleled sales record, put Jeff in a class by himself. Jeff's sales volume averaged over $48 million in closed transactions each year. In 2004, the Holmers group sold more than $65 million in sales. Jeff has built all his own custom homes with LeGran Homes. He currently lives in Plymouth with his wife Jennie, and four sons Jason, Justin, Jonathan and Jacob. In his free time, Jeff enjoys boating, golfing and spending time with his family at their cabin in Cross Lake.

Mike oversees all phases of construction, from permit stage to final walk-through and all field staff and subcontractors.

Jody helps our customers create their dream home, working with them on design and color details from products to finishes to colors. She enjoys walking the client through each selection and continually researches new and innovative design and product ideas to bring to them.
